An “engaged employee” is one who is fully involved in and enthusiastic about his or her work, and thus will act in a way that furthers their organisation’s interests in good times and bad.

However, research confirms that fewer than 1 in 3 employees (29%) are fully engaged, and 19% are actually disengaged and staying. Yet few organisations have successfully grappled with the issue. Importantly a one size fits all approach to employee engagement is outdated.

How we can support you

Conducting in-depth Staff experience surveys – Understanding the perceptions and experiences of staff is an essential part of any culture change initiative. We design and administer surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews as a means of either establishing a baseline or for assessing progress.

Diversity Dialogue “You said, We Did” – Informed by our pioneering research and underpinned by our Factor 8 leadership framework, our inclusive dialogue process is designed to create a safe space for employees across the diversity spectrum to openly discuss career enablers, barriers to progress, and other issues that they may have as a function of their diversity.

Cross Cultural Leadership – It is imperative that leadership provides the critical bridge between cultural diversity and sustainable business performance, and engaging and getting the commitment of employees. Supported by one-to-one executive coaching, our cross cultural interventions go beyond the superficial norms and use Factor 8 as a framework and model to assess how inclusive and culturally competent your leaders and managers are, identifying the actions they and you need to take for development and improvement.
