Equality Impact Assessments – (For public sector organisations) The objective is only in part to identify adverse impact. More importantly, we seek to identify the value adding opportunities diversity can offer. Moreover, our approach looks to embed and mainstream the EIA process so that staff will be in a position to conduct EIAs on an ongoing basis as new policies, practices and opportunities emerge.
