Development Programme

This programme is targeted at emerging diverse leaders at either junior or middle management level. Typically built around a series of 6 facilitated modules, spread over a 3 to 6 month period, the programme incorporates the use of mentors, has line-management participation, 3 full coaching sessions, and the execution of a business critical project.

Programme aims

By the end of the programme participants will:

  • Display more confidence and skill in optimising their unique characteristics and leadership styles – including the added value that multiple identities, bicultural competence and cultural capital brings to the workplace;
  • Have evaluated individual strengths and identified areas for improvement in terms of personal leadership and performance;
  • Have developed the emotional intelligence and leadership skills required to excel as a minority in a majority culture; and will have
  • Have enhanced their ability to effectively execute the critical thinking and leadership skills required to deliver business results.
