In 2014 Antonio set up Positive Deviant LTD. It’s a consultancy that exists to help organisations, teams and individuals deviate from the ‘norm’ to become outstanding amongst their peers. The formula for doing this is a simple one that involves building capability in the most accessible elements of Project Management, Organisation Development and Lean 6 sigma. His approach to delivering sustainable change draws heavily on strength based methodologies (e.g Positive Deviance, Solution Focus, Appreciative Enquiry).

Antonio has an MSc in Microbiology from Queen Mary College, University of London, and am MSC in Biotechnology from De Montfort University.

He is also a certified NTL (National Training Laboratories Institute) Organisational Development Practitioner and a member of the Project Management Institute.
